Overview
Our refund policy for refundable products lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.
Non-refundable items:
- Grillz–ALL GRILLZ ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Each is customized and designed to only fit the teeth of the individual whose impression was taken. If grill impression is captured and a substantial amount of time lapses before delivery of the grill (2-4 weeks), it is possible that the grill may no longer fit due to the natural shifting/movement of teeth; especially in the case of missing teeth. Refits can be completed free of charge if minor. If substantial movement has occurred requiring capture of a new impression, a $50 charge will be accrued.
Refunds
For Full refund to be issued, please have photographic documentation (before and after photos) revealing no clinical evidence of change occurred.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send email drmiles@yourbrightersmile.com
